School Tuition Association of Yuma, Inc.
The School Tuition Association of Yuma, Inc. (STAY) is a School Tuition Organization in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. 43-1089 and A.R.S. 43-1183. It was incorporated in 1999 for the purpose of implementing the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit and is a tax-exempt charitable organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
NOTICE
A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor recommendation.
A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependent.
