School Tuition Association of Yuma, Inc.
The School Tuition Association of Yuma, Inc. (STAY) is a School Tuition Organization in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. 43-1089 and A.R.S. 43-1183. It was incorporated in 1999 for the purpose of implementing the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit and is a tax-exempt charitable organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
NOTICE
A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor recommendation.
A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependent.

Our speakers are directly involved with the day to day operations of STAY. When you contact STAY, these are the individuals you will be dealing with. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about assisting children in receiving an excellent education at a private school of your choice.
Rex Pope, Administrator
Rex has been involved with STAY since 2004. He has given presentations at several local churches and schools and is a regular participant at the STAY board meetings. His hands-on operational knowledge allows him to provide special insight to Parents, Donors and Schools. 		Rhonda Maese, Administrative Assistant
Rhonda has been involved with STAY since 2005. She has given many presentations and is considered by many the voice of STAY. Her hands-on involvment has prepared her to answer any questions about the program.
